International Trade
Stewart PLLC’s International Trade practices focuses on U.S. export controls and sanctions, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), sanctions (OFAC), and foreign investment regulations (CFIUS).

Our International Trade practice represents clients in various industries, including automotive, defense, space, aerospace and other companies with multinational operations. We have advised clients on exceptionally complex international trade matters, including exports of artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicles, nanomaterials, and other emerging technologies.
